Finally Curry Club are back in full flow! In June saw Curry Club meeting number 11 at the Yasmin Indian Brasserie in Great Baddow.

Due to extenuating circumstances only six members were able to attend leaving only six 100% attendance members and only 3 original 100% members!

 

The evening was a good one and we were celebrating the birth of Baby Aaron Dinsdale - congratulations to proud parents Paul & Sue Dinsdale! And well done for bringing in another future CC member into the world.

 

Yasmin provided us with another good meal and a couple of new dishes (which are always welcome).

With Jel Kirkman now moving to Singapore to become our Oversees development Manager it has left two openings...one as the CC Master of Ceremonies and also a much sought after membership spot.

And I am proud to announce that after putting him forward for the place, his joining plea and a live telephone vote Lee Joyce has become our latest member (see the members page for details).

 

Other news is our continued war with Nuggits Chinese Club is still in full flow with a particularly nasty incident taking place last month. CC Member Seabass bumped into NCC member Greg 'Pancake Roll pants' Reeves in Billericay High street and they immediately came to blows.

When asked how it felt to receive a blow from a Chinese Club member Seabass merely replied 'it sucks'.

Much like all of Nuggits Chinese club.

Dal " Mother Ducker Knappitt" has been called up to Butlins for the week ending 26th June 2009 to replace Roy Chubby Brown due to him calling in sick.
